Garza Brace Gives Heat Win Over Dutch Lions

Daniel Garza braced and Geraro Hernandez, Camilo Botero and Ian Barbosa added goals as the host Laredo Heat shut out the Houston Dutch Lions, 5-0, Friday in USL Premier Development League play at Texas A&M International University's Soccer Complex.Laredo is 4-2-1 with 13 points and is third in the Southern Conference - Mid-South Division. The Heat travel this Thursday to the West Texas Sockers.Houston is 2-6-1 with seven points and is tied for fourth with the Sockers (2-4-1). The Dutch Lions face the Austin Aztex on the road next Saturday.
